Jho is the network director of operations for the Brilla Schools Network. She is an immigrant from Jamaica who grew up in the Bronx and has worked in the education sector for about 12 years with a passion and focus in Operations. Jho was purposeful in choosing her career path due to her childhood experiences and her beliefs that students from all backgrounds can succeed in life if given access to different opportunities and a world class education. Her beliefs led to her obtaining a B.A in political science from The City College of New York, an M.P.A with a concentration in nonprofit management from Cal State University Dominguez Hills, and an M.Ed in educational leadership, politics & advocacy from NYU Steinhardt. She also believes that representation matters and takes tremendous pride as a leader of Color. She is excited for her continued journey in education and her commitment to advocacy for students, families, and staff.
