Caryn Rhodes currently serves as the personnel management coordinator for the Brilla Schools Network (PMC) at Seton Education Partners. For the past seven years, Caryn has spent her time devotedly improving the lives of inner city children, families, and school personnel. Before serving on the Seton team, Caryn worked as a founding teacher and school counselor at a charter school in the Bronx. As the PMC, Caryn works passionately to improve people operations, with the awareness that it takes the head, hand, and heart working in unison for employees to perform this very important work of educating children with love.
She holds a certified professional title from the Society for Human Resource Management. Caryn completed her bachelor of science degree in religious education at Oakwood University- a Historically Black University located in Huntsville, AL. She also holds a master of education degree from Southern Arkansas University and has been trained in employee engagement through Cornell University. Caryn’s hobbies include spiritual development activities such as reading, coloring, going into nature, taking courses, dancing, and working out.
