Darianella Baret is the Elementary Director of Student Services for Brilla Schools Network. She has been in education since 2005, most recently serving as the Assistant Principal of Student Services for two years at Brilla Veritas Elementary in the Bronx, where she led a dynamic student services team and drove measurable and consistent achievement for multilingual learners and students with disabilities. Darianella graduated from CUNY Lehman College with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and earned a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from Liberty University. She also holds an ESOL endorsement and has served in various roles in New York and Virginia, including ESOL Team Lead and Curriculum Developer, consistently advocating for inclusive practices and strong family-school partnerships that support student success. Darianella lives in Carmel, NY, with her husband and four children. She enjoys spending time in nature, traveling, and sharing quality moments with her family and friends.
