Kelly Quinn is the Managing Director of Student Success for the Brilla Schools Network. She is committed to serving students in our inner city communities and ensuring high quality, holistic education for all learners. Kelly comes to Seton Education Partners with over a decade of experience across urban public, Catholic, and charter elementary and middle schools. In her formative years as an educator, she drove school turnaround as a founding member of UP Academy Holland in Dorchester, Massachusetts. As a native New Yorker, Kelly seized opportunities to teach and lead within the Partnership Schools Network in Harlem and the Bronx. Most recently, Kelly effectively served as the Assistant Principal at Sacred Heart, a PreK- 8th grade school in the South Bronx. Her passions for attending to the unique needs of each child and developing staff actualizes in all the roles she assumes.
Kelly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Communication and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College. Committed to regular professional growth, Kelly also completed a Master’s in Educational Leadership in 2023 at the University of Notre Dame within ACE’s Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program. Kelly is eager to advocate and innovate for students, staff, and families throughout the Brilla Schools Network.
