Mary Carley serves as the instructional specialist of middle school humanities for the Brilla Schools Network. Prior to joining the Seton team, Mary spent nine years working for three of Brilla’s schools in the South Bronx. She began as a founding fourth grade teacher and then held a variety of leadership roles across Brilla middle schools, including founding assistant principal of Brilla Veritas Middle School. Mary graduated with degrees in Psychology, Spanish, and education from Le Moyne College. Additionally, she has received her master’s degree in education and holds a certificate of advanced studies in school building and school district leadership. In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and cooking.
