Katie Robinson is a recruitment manager for Seton Education Partners. In this role, she leads talent acquisition efforts to attract, engage, and hire mission-aligned educators and staff who will help advance the Brilla Schools Network’s commitment to academic excellence and character formation. She focuses on streamlining recruitment processes, optimizing candidate experience, and ensuring that Brilla continues to build strong, values-driven teams.
Before joining Seton, Katie built a career in project management and operations, specializing in talent coordination, hiring logistics, and workflow optimization. Her background in creative production taught her how to balance moving parts, manage stakeholders, and drive results in fast-paced environments—skills she now applies in talent acquisition and recruiting. With extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, improving onboarding processes, and developing systems to enhance team efficiency, she thrives in connecting great people with meaningful work.
Originally from the Boston area, Katie holds a degree in communications from Fitchburg State University. She enjoys creating her own pottery and is passionate about helping individuals find career paths where they can flourish.
