Jay Masanotti is the Student Experience and Character Specialist for Brilla Public Charter Schools Network. He joins Seton with over 15 years of experience in classroom teaching and youth development. Prior to joining Seton, Jay has served students and their families as a youth director, summer camp coordinator, curriculum developer, and teacher. He brings a passion for holistic education and a love for facilitating students’ social emotional development in and out of the classroom. Jay loves adventure and travel, exploring the Northeast coast with his wife and daughter, and Djing whenever possible.
